REGISTRATION AND CONFIRMATION
Q: How soon before the seminar starts can I register?
A: You can register by using our Website up until 5-business-day before your seminar begins. We DO NOT accept walk-in registration. We strongly recommend advance reservations to ensure that we can accommodate you.
Q: How will I know when my registration is confirmed?
A: If you register using our Website, you will have the opportunity to print a confirmation sheet at the end of the registration process. You will also receive your registration confirmation in the email.
TRANSFER, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Q: What if I register for a seminar, but then can’t attend?
A: You may transfer to a future session, send someone to take your place or cancel without penalty at any time up to four weeks prior to your seminar. If you provide Value Growth Institute with less than four weeks’ notice, or fail to attend, you will be liable for the entire seminar fee. We appreciate that this is an important investment for you and your company and would like to accommodate your needs the best we can. Therefore, please call us at 704-268-9378.
Q: What can I do if I’m unsatisfied with a seminar that I attended?
A: At VGI, we guarantee the quality of our seminars. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a seminar for which you have paid. VGI will give you credit toward another seminar of comparable price or will refund your fee within 30-day of your seminar. Please call 704-268-9378.
Q: How do I pay for a seminar?
A: For your convenience, you can pay:

Q: What time does my seminar begin and end?
A: On the first morning, please arrive at 8:30 am to pick up your registration packet and room assignment.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Casual business attire is appropriate. Note: room temperatures may vary so you may want to dress in layers.
LUNCH AND PARKING
Q: Do you offer food?
A: We ask that you make your own arrangements for eating.
Q: Do you provide parking?
A: VGI does not provide parking for seminar attendees.

Q: Will I receive any materials at the seminar?
A: Yes! You’ll receive a seminar notebook that outlines course topics and includes supplemental handouts, if appropriate.

Q: What if I need to make changes to your mailing list, such as changes to my address, job title and/or company?
A: You can also request changes via e-mail. Send your changes to email@example.com.
